Petition period June 17 - July 30
Members may begin filing for the 2021 board of director elections beginning on June 17. The petition period closes at 5 p.m. on Friday, July 30.
The election will be decided by a vote of the members. Advance voting period takes place from Aug. 13 - Sept. 13. In-person voting* takes places from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at annual meeting on Sept. 15.
Members interested in becoming candidates should review the cooperative's Bylaws, especially Article IV "Directors" for more information about the duties and responsibilities of the position. Potential candidates should review Article IV Section 4 about the qualifications for director candidates. District representation is based on the permanent residence of the candidate. Contact the co-op for help determining your district, or view the district map.

*If an in-person annual meeting is not able to be held due to the pandemic, the co-op may call for a special meeting to conduct the business of electing directors and approving reports. Voting would be done by advance voting only.
