For ultimate convenience handling your monthly electric bill, sign up for one of our automatic, recurring payment options. By authorizing ACH bank draft or auto credit card you allow the cooperative to collect your bill payment electronically from a bank account or credit card. You'll never worry about a late payment again! To schedule automatic payments through SmartHub, go to My Account. Paperless billing
An excellent companion to this service would be to add Paperless Billing. You will receive your bill by email rather than a paper bill. To go paperless, call or email us, or update your settings on SmartHub. You can find the option to turn on/off paper bills on the SmartHub mobile app under settings and on the desktop version, go to My Profile and then My Information.
