Access your account with SmartHub

SmartHub is Crawford Electric's payment system that allows you to manage your account and pay bills using your computer, smart phone or tablet. 

With SmartHub, you are able to:

  • Pay your bill 
     
  • Report outages
     
  • View billing and payment history
     
  • View and compare electricity usage and history
     
  • View account information
     
  • Receive notifications via email or text message
     
  • Enroll in Auto Pay
     
  • Sign up to round up your bill for Operation Round Up

Sign up for SmartHub

  1. Go to the secure SmartHub login page or click on My Account from the top of our website or choose Access My Account from the drop-down menu under My Account.
     
  2. Click Sign up to access our Self Service site
     
  3. Follow prompts to register. You will need the following information handy:
     
    • Account number
       
    • Last name or business
       
    • Email address

Don't want to register? You can still use the online payment service by choosing Quick Pay from the top of our website or choose Quick Pay from the drop-down menu under My Account. Just have your account number and last name or business name ready.
